Hyderabad: Mr. Rizwan Ahmad, Director, Instructional Media Centre (IMC) of Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) has been invited as an expert to a high-level discussion on “Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the audio-visual Industry” scheduled to be held on October 19, 2023 at the UNESCO headquarters in Paris, France by UNESCO.
Mr. Rizwan Ahmad is also a member of the International Council for Film, Television, and Audiovisual Communication (ICFT-CICT) and International Documentary Association, Los Angeles, U.S.A.
His participation in this discussion signifies not only the recognition of his outstanding achievements but also highlights the significance of Maulana Azad National Urdu University in the global discourse on media and technology.

Conference on Women Writings and Literary Culture at MANUU
The Department of Women Education, Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) is organising two day National Conference on “Women Writings and Literary Culture in Urdu and the Deccan: Contemporary Perspective” in collaboration with Anveshi Research Centre for Women’s Studies & Department of Language and Culture, Govt of Telangana on October 10 & 11, 2023 at Saiyad Hamid Library auditorium, MANUU.
According to Prof. Ameena Tahseen, Head, Department of Women Education & Conference Convenor, Shri Mamidi Hari Krishna, Director, Department of Languages and Culture, Government of Telangana will be the chief guest and Prof. Syed Ainul Hasan, Vice-Chancellor will preside over the inaugural at 10.30 am.
Prof. Susie Tharu, Former Professor, Department of Cultural Studies, English and Foreign Language University, Hyderabad and Dr. K Lalita, Independent Research Scholar, Translator, Film Maker, Hyderabad will be the guests of honour.
