The several buildings and structures came down overnight due to massive landslide in Kullu District of Himachal Pradesh.
The startling videos emerged on Social Media showing buildings were being collapsed one after another leaving behind debris and people heard crying and shouting in the videos.
Meanwhile, the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) issued a red alert warning which means heavy to heavy rainfall for the next two days in Himachal Pradesh.
The National Disaster Response Force (NDRF), and State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) have been pressed into service to rescue trapped people in the landslide.
According to reports the rainfall, flash floods and cloud bursting led to massive landslides and causing damage to the ecologically hilly state.
Several people feared trapped under the debris of the buildings but the officials said that the evacuation had already been done due to this no casualty was reported so far.
“Almost seven buildings including three commercial complexes and four other buildings collapsed in the massive landslide,” officials said.
The traffic movement came to a complete halt on the Kullu Mandi road as it badly damaged owing to flash floods. The authorities had to divert traffic to ensure hurdle free passage at certain places.
However, Himachal Pradesh has been declared as a State of Natural Calamity affected area.

Over 2000 houses been damaged completely, and more than 9 thousand houses partially damaged while over 100 landslides taken place during this monsoon season.
So far more than 200 people lost their lives and nearly 120 people died in road mishaps during rainfall.
