The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted heavy rainfall in next three days across the Telangana State. With this, yellow alert has been issued by the weather department and it also expected thunderstorm, lightning, and heavy gales in next couple of days.
According to Telangana State Development Planning Society (TSDPS) light to moderate rainfall is likely in certain parts of the state in the next three days. The city of Hyderabad is likely to experience light to moderate rain in coming days.
It may be mentioned here that during the current monsoon season, State has received surplus rain and an average of rainfall of 582.4 mm, compared to normal level of 466.9 mm.
