An RTC bus driver was badly beaten up by three persons under Suraram Police Station limits on Monday night.
A video of the incident came to light, showing that three persons abusing the driver started beating him down inside the bus, as a result the driver was injured.
The passengers, passersby, and even conductor remained mute spectator when the driver was being beaten up. After finding him collapse with injuries then only some passengers and conductor of the bus intervened till then the attackers had managed to flee.
The police, however, registered a complaint and probe is on. The attackers said to be were drug addicts who forcibly stopped the bus and beaten up the driver.
