Four devotees were killed and 10 others have been injured after they came into with a high-tension wire while taking out a Muharram procession in Bakaro District of Jharkhand.
The incident caught in the camera showing devotees carrying religious flags and others then suddenly came in high tension wire resulting four died on the spot while ten other said to be injured.
According Police the incident happened early in the morning at Kheto Village under the Petarwar Police Station limits, almost 80 kilometer away from State capital Ranchi.
“The incident took place early in the morning today while getting ready to take out Muharram procession. They were carrying religious structures, flags made of irons which came in high tension wires. As result four of them died while ten others injured being treated in the hospital,’’ Police informed.
