Due to incessant rains compound wall of Balsetty play ground collapsed at Noorkhan Bazaar on Wednesday night.
No one was injured in the incident but averted big mishap as there is an elecrtical transformer exit adjacent to the walls.
The place is known as Balsetty Khet play ground a Shia dominated area, where thousands of devotees gather to observe tenth Muharam.
Following the incident the officials of GHMC, Police, and Electrical Departments rushed to the spot and put up barricades.
One of the officials told media that the due to rains the wall suddenly collapsed and none hurt in the incident.
“The wall collapsed due to rain and we are clearing debris. As a precautionary measures, put up barricades also,” said, Raghunandan Prasad, AE.
