Cyberabad CP extends financial aid to a home Guard’s family

Cyberabad Police Commissioner Stephen Raveendra here on Friday handed over a cheque of Rs. 11,60,000 to the family of G. Srinivas of Medchal Traffic PS, Home Guard, who lost his life in a road accident on January 25.

The cheque was handed over to family in presence of Joint.CP Traffic Narayan Naik, Addl.DCP Traffic Srinivas Reddy, ACP Medchal Traffic Venkat Reddy, Inspector Narsimha Reddy.

It may be mentioned here that on 25.01.2023 at about 1230 G. Srinivas of Medchal Traffic PS met with an accident while performing his duty at Kandlakoya Junction and died while shifting to the Hospital. 

Afterward, with the consent of higher-ups and on behalf of Cyberabad police Rs. 11,60,000 (Rupees Eleven Lakhs Sixty Thousand Rupees only) were collected.

The contributors are from Traffic, L & O and other wings of Cyberabad, Hyderabad, RCK Commissionerates.

 Apart from this,  Cyberabad Police persuaded with HDFC Bank officials as he is maintaining HDFC Salary Account upon the bank officials issued a cheque towards insurance of Rs. 30,00,000 the same was handed over to victim family.

“Today the collected amount Rs. 11,60,000 is ready and being handover to the family of the victim. The Medchal Traffic SHO  B.N.S. Reddy has announced to give Rs.2500  per Month to the family member for a year.
