Gangster-turned politician Atiq Ahmad and his brother Ashraf were shot dead on live cameras amid tight security presence in Prayagraj on Saturday night.
According to reports, both were being taken to medical test then only three persons posing as journalists started open fire on Atiq Ahamd and his brother Ashraf due to this both died on the spot.
The police, however, took all the attackers into custody and one police constable said to have received minor injuries in the incident.
In the videos shown that both the brothers’ step out of the police van amid tight security presence with handcuffed and when were about to speak to media at the same time three shooters open fire due to this both died on the spot.
The incident has not only shocked the nation but also raise questions on the security failure.
