Following a news carried out by Voiceupmedia.in with regard to Old Hafeezpet’s graveyard encroachment and wastage in the open land; prompted authorities to inspect the place and cleared the debris.

The work carried out by concerned authorities, shared the pictures and tweet claiming to resolve the issue. ACP Chandanagar from Srilingampally GHMC, in a tweet message claimed that the land was not being encroached while the locals said that the matter was brought to the notice Telangana State Waqf Board (TSWB), which has not been inspected yet.
It may be mentioned here that almost 2 acres 8 gunttas burial ground situated in Old Hafeezpet at Sai Nagar was allegedly encroached largely and 3500 square yards is left for the burial. The matter reportedly was brought to the notice of TSWB to safeguard the land, but nothing has been done in this regard.
Wastage, Debris was being dumped on the land causing much inconvenience to the graveyard’s visitors, which has been cleared today.
