Director School Education (DSE) came out with a clarification that the exams would be held as per scheduled. The parents and students, however, were assured that there was no reason to get worry in the matter.
“The District Collector has been directed to take action as per Act 25/1997 and the relevant sections of CrPC. Tomorrow’s exam will be conducted as per scheduled. Parents and Students are assured that there is no reason for worry or apprehension in the matter,’’ stated, Director of School Education in a press released.
Director School Education (DSC), notified that an inquiry had been conducted by the District Collector and the Superintendent of Police Vikarabad District on the disclosure of 10th Class paper 01T/ 02T on WhatsApp after commencement of the SSC Exam.
“The report states that one invigilator at Centre No: 24033, Government High School No: 1 Tandoor, Vikarabad District. S. Bandeppa has taken the picture of a question paper after commencement of the exam and sent it to the WhatsApp number of another teacher Sammappa at about 9.37. No one was allowed inside and outside of the examination centre soon after commencing of the exams at about 9:30 AM,’’ mentioned, in DSC press note.
Meanwhile, DSE has suspended three persons involved in the entire episode including Shiva Kumar, GHM, ZPHS, Muddaipet, Yalal (M), Chief Superintendent, K. Gopal, SA, Govt, No:1 High School Tandur, Department officer, S. Bandappa, SA (BS), Govt, No:1 High School Tandur, Invigilator, Sammappa, SA (PS), ZPHS, Chengole, Tandur Mandal (Invigilator).
It was also made it clear by the District School Education (DSE), “The sanctity and integrity of the conduct of exam has not been compromised in the examination centre and that it is an individual instance of malpractice by the invigilator S. Bandeappa,’’ added, in press released.
The Government of Telangana is already facing flak over Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) question paper leak in the State. The SSC question paper leakage is now likely to fuel anger among the students and parents.
