SEED-HHF New Skill Center for Women, Fully Integrated Community Development from Masjid

Hyderabad : SEED-HHF, in collaboration with Masjid e Mohammed Mustafa, Rajderanagar, have come together to bring Health Care, Skill Development, Empowerment for Women under one roof.

The New Skill development for Women launched, which will up-skill women from weaker sections in stiching, embroidery, mehendi, cooking etc.

This will potentially translate into an earning capacity of Rs 8k- 10k per month, which will help women add to the house hold income and thereby improve their social indices.

The women’s clinic in the same premises, which was started 3 years back has so far provided high quality care to 93k women and saved out of pocket expenses worth Rs 5 Crores in the same area.

“Savings from free health care and empowerment through skill development will enhance quality of life of the habitants of this slum, which is the key objective of this initiative,” said, Mujtaba Hasan Askari, president Helping Hand Foundation.
