England beat Pakistan by five wickets in T-20 world cup on Sunday in Melbourne. Ben Stokes, helped England to take the ICC Men’s T-20 World Cup title played at MCG in Melbourne.

Stokes performance across the line in the gap at mid-wicket for his unbeaten 52 run to led England to win the match.

Ben Stokes and Sam Curran played well in the T-20 World Cup and Jos Buttler’s side held Pakistan to 137-8. The England had fallen to 49-3 in the sixth over as they struggled to get any momentum against a fierce pace attack, with boundaries hard to come by.

But starred players Stokes and Moeen Ali played in calm to lead England to 138-5 and this victory has added to the 50th over title England won in 2019, building legacy of former captain Eoin Morgan, who has retired after transforming the team into a white-ball juggernaut.
