The overwhelming response to the Bharat Jodo Yatra (BJY) in the capital (Hyderabad) of Telangana, has gained a momentum across the State. The Congress party has lost political battle in the past and party functionaries were in a dilemma and worried about regaining public confidence in Telangana State. Rahul Gandhi’s reuniting the Nation campaign probably has resolved and thrown out all their concerns with the Bharat Jodo Yatra.

The murmurs of doubts and resistance have probably vanished in the storm support gathering in old city of Hyderabad, where Bharat Jodo Yatra has unexpectedly attracted the people. The people came out in large numbers to support the walk at several places in Hyderabad. Men, Women and Children were seen holding flags and welcoming Congress leaders amid a huge crowed in the old city.

Rahul Gandhi along with Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) leaders hoisted National Flag in front the Historical Charminar.

Later, Rahul Gandhi addressing to a public gathering on Necklace Road in Hyderabad as part of the Bharat Jodo Yatra alleged that TRS Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao has direct phone line with Prime Minsiter Narendra Modi from whom KCR takes orders.

“The CM KC has direct line with PM Modi. He picks up the phone here and Modi picks it up there. Modi gives order to the CM KCR that you have to do this today,’’ said, Rahul Gandhi.

He further said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and CM KCR had gone back to their words, as they had promised to ensure jobs every year, but now they do not talk about it. “Modi Government works for selected people in Delhi and handing over ports, roads, airports, telecom and LIC, which are assets of the country,’’ alleged, Congress leader, while addressing to public gathering in Hyderabad (the capital of Telangana).
