Man kills wife over family dispute in the old city of Hyderabad
Hyderabad September 05 (VM): A house wife was brutally killed by her husband over family dispute in presence of her family members under Chandrayangutta Police Station Limits on Monday.
According to the details, Maherunisa, 40 was married to Abrar, an Auto Driver more than 18 years and have four children. Family members told Media that the accused used to do small business and was addicted to liquor, due to this the couple had frequently squabble. Fed up with regular tiffs with her husband, Maherunisa had moved to her mother’s home located at Tadlakunta area under Chandrayangutta Police Station Limits.
Abrar (accused) went to Maherunisa’s family house to discuss the matter on Monday, which lead to heated argument between them and the husband took out a knife and attacked the women resulting her death on the spot. The locals, however, caught and handed him over to Police.
Samad Bin Abdad, leader AIMIM told media that drug addicts and unsocial elements have been a matter of concerned for the residents in certain parts of the Chandrayagutta. However, he requested Police to take immediate note of prevailing situations in the localities and come out with stern action against drug addicts.
